This year's Ramadan Bombathon was the most lopsided ever.
Nearly 3,000 people were shot, beheaded, blown up, drowned,
burned or hacked to death in the name of Islam, while religions
not nicknamed the "Religion of Peace" failed to inspire a single fatality.
