Temporary injunction stops Obama's water grab in 13 states

A federal judge in North Dakota ruled against the Obama EPA in their effort to take over the waterways of America. Thirteen states filed for the injunction. So the new rule takes effect tomorrow in all but the thirteen states who filed for the injunction in North Dakota. The thirteen states temporarily protected against the EPA are Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Idaho, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming.
