Proof-of-age cards

Wong cites areas of the world where proof of age cards are substituted for drivers' licenses:
Western Australia, Ireland, the Isle of Man, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the Australian jurisdictions of Queensland and Northern Territory, and the Canadian province of Ontario.
